Right of access to public information

In accordance with Article 12. Right of access to public information of Law 19/2013, of 9 December for transparency, access to public information and good management.  All persons have the right to access public information, under the terms set forth in article 105.b) of the Spanish Constitution, developed by this Law.

The right of access may be limited when accessing the information is detrimental to:

a) National security.

b) Defence.

c) External relations.

d) Public safety.

e) The prevention, investigation and penalties for criminal, administrative or disciplinary offences.

f) The equality of the parties in legal proceedings and effective legal protection.

g) The administrative functions of surveillance, inspection and control.

h) Economic and commercial interests.

i) Economic and monetary policy.

j) Professional secrecy and intellectual and industrial property.

k) The confidentiality or secrecy required in decision-making processes.

l) The protection of the environment
